OK.... so, let's break that down and really understand what that means.
I'll use an example of visiting the grocery store. When I go to the grocery store and put my milk, bread and eggs on the counter in order for the clerk to ring up my order, the behaviors she needs to demonstrate in order for me to walk out the door with my order is to:
Know how to use the cash register
Have the math skills to count my change
Know how to open the bag and put my grocery in the bag
I can get those behaviors at any grocery store!! But now let's move to my transactional needs as a customer. Transactional needs enable me to feel that the employees are efficient, reliable, and confident with doing business with me. If I think to myself, she's not efficient, she's not reliable or she's not paying attention to me- I am observing behaviors that do not meet my transactional needs. Some of those behaviors would be:
Filing her nails
Talking on the phone with friends
Sorting her coupons
Counting her change
When they demonstrate those behaviors while I am standing at the register- my transactional needs are not met and I am NOT happy!
Now- let's review the emotional needs of our customers. Our customers have a need to feel respected, guided, appreciated and cared for when they bring you their business. If I get up to the register and I don't feel respected, guided, appreciated or cared for it's probably because of these behaviors:
The clerk did not make eye contact with me
The clerk did not smile
The clerk did not ask me how I was doing or if I found everything ok
Then she did not thank me for my business or tell me to have a good day.
But- if she DID demonstrate those behaviors- I would have had my emotional needs met.
The most important thing to remember when defining WOW is:
Employees' behaviors create Customer feelings and Customer feelings drive them to actions that positively or negatively impact our business.
In order to create WOW you must analyze all the behaviors that your employees are doing. Then you must relate how those behaviors make your customers feel. Then, because of those feelings- you will be able to determine the actions that your customers will do.
When customers feel that you are efficient, reliable and confident in your business then they will come back to see you, they will tell their friends and they will give you more of their business. If they don't feel that you care about them, they feel that you are rude or inconsiderate they will file complaints, inform the media and boycott your business.
In your quest for WOW- observe your employees behaviors. Relate those behaviors to how your customers feel and then compare those feelings to your results. Do you have complaints, low sales, low customer satisfaction surveys? These are not WOW results and therefore your business is not living up to its potential.

Free Ringtones - Where Would We Be Without Them?
OK hands up all those who remember the Crazy Frog?
Yes come on, dont be shy, we all know you know? Remember the funny little character that bounced about a lot with a funny grin that had more than its fair share of fixed rigor mortis to it.
Yes thats the one, the one that secretly we all wanted to take a baseball bat to at the time. Well it would appear that it was merely a symptom of out times and that these are here to stay.
With the massive explosion of mobile communications, more telephones than you can wave a stick at wow that dates me they are no longer referred to as Mobile Telephones, we are now dealing with Portable Personal Communication Centres. Doesnt matter what it is it still gives you a headache if you press it too close to the ear and the police get extremely upset if you cruise by waving at them at speed with one hand holding a mobile!
Hang on a minute, if one hand is holding the phone and the other hand is waving at them then no wonder they get upset but I digress, things have moved on massively since they were first introduced to us mere mortal sin the early 80s. Gone are the days when the sounds they generated were just a monophonic beep now you can have the entire Berlin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra playing the compete works of Wagner (if that is your bent) at volume whilst you manfully struggle to pick the phone up from under your chair at meetings!

I jest as things are slightly different now and now phones (or Portable Personal..forget it you know what I mean) are seen as slightly less life threatening in terms of wavelength etc and we can now use them in situations that were once deemed as life threatening. I still wouldnt suggest taking one into a High Dependency Unit at a Hospital but at least you can use them in the car park without fear of retribution.

I still wouldnt suggest taking one into a High Dependency Unit at a Hospital but at least you can use them in the car park without fear of retribution.

The best ones realise this and take action. Even though it might mean getting over that truly biggest hurdle for top bosses, their ego, the best are able to get the point that they aren't perfect and they need help, for the greater good.

Some easy must-sees if you only have a few days in Athens? Well, first off, stay near Monastiraki square. It's easily accessible from the airport via Metro, and is walking distance to fantastic shopping, dining, and key tourist attractions like the Acropolis, the National Gardens, and of course, the Monastiraki flea market.
As for attractions, the Acropolis is simply amazing, and is definitely not to be missed. Accessing the Acropolis is relatively easy: simply wander up by yourself. There are lots of options when considering the Greek islands: different destinations, different ways of getting to and from. I suggest taking a ferry, they are simply the best way to arrive at and see the islands up close.
And a suggestion: some of the islands are FAR away, as much as 11 hours away; a cost-effective and time saving idea is to book a private cabin, and travel overnight.
I suggest this for a couple of reasons: first, cabins are relatively inexpensive, and, if you go overnight, you won't be paying for the cost of a hotel room. Plus, you won't lose valuable time in transit; instead, do it while you're sleeping. Finally, and perhaps not a consideration for everybody: smoking is permitted inside ferries in Greece, and it is very heavy. Coming from North America, I found the shear volume of smoke entirely surprising. A private cabin gets you away from that discomfort, plus you'll enjoy your own private bed. It's a win on all sides.
Getting from Athens to the ferry terminal at Pireaus is very easy: simply hop on the metro from the stop closest to you to the very last stop. Don't bother with taxis, it's far to expensive and slow.
Ferry schedules are highly variable, so it's important to enquire in advance. You can purchase tickets from agents all over the city, or at the port itself, though in peak season, it is possible for sailings to sell out.
Which islands to visit? All of them, but if you have to choose, go to the Cyclades, and in particular, Mykonos and Santorini.
Mykonos is charming, exciting, beautiful. The ferry trip is approximately 5 hours from Pireaus. Mykonos features hotels of all quality levels, and a charming town centre (called Mykonos town).

With it's various restaurants, bars, and back-packers, Paradise Beach is the destination for fun in the sun and after the sun sets. Transportation is easy, with buses and taxis readily available. Unfortunately, it's too far to walk conveniently from Mykonos town (unless you have a lot of time).
From Mykonos, take another ferry to Santorini.

Santorini is simply spectacular, and is not to be missed.
The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes by taxi from Thira, the main town on Santorini. Thira sits on the edge of the "caldera", a volcanic crater in the middle of the ocean. It's a view that is all at once breathtaking and inspiring. Find any hotel that's on the caldera, and you are guaranteed more beautiful sunsets then you could ever imagine. The shopping is varied, the coffee fantastic, and the sights unparalleled.
Santorini offers an entertaining nightlife, first-rate beaches, spectacular scenery and truly romantic sunsets, making it one of the world's top destinations. If you have a day, head to Oia (E-ahh) to enjoy lunch and watch the sunset with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean.
I'd also suggest renting a car for one or two days. It's not essential, but it does make it easier to go the long distances between beach destinations.
All in all, Greece is a true wonder. It has a distinct and charming national character that is infused with history and culture. You'll never forget your first trip to Greece, and you'll never stop thinking of your next trip there.

On your first trip (believe me, you'll want to go back), I suggest your itinerary consist of a few days in Athens, and then the remainder of your time indulging in the Greek Cyclades islands. Why, because this will give you a nice variety in food, wine and perfect picture opportunities.
Why Athens?
Why not Athens? Athens is fascinating. On first blush, Athens is hectic, a little dirty, a little confusing. But it is also packed full of history. You can't miss it - from almost anywhere you can look up at the Acropolis, or stumble across beautiful ruins scattered throughout the city. The city itself is an incredible museum of history, real, live, in-your-face two-thousand-year-old history. Not only that, but a walking tour of Athens reveals architecture from every era, modern and ancient, readily available. It's really quite beautiful, particularly given how pedestrian-friendly Athens is.
Some easy must-sees if you only have a few days in Athens? Well, first off, stay near Monastiraki square. It's easily accessible from the airport via Metro, and is walking distance to fantastic shopping, dining, and key tourist attractions like the Acropolis, the National Gardens, and of course, the Monastiraki flea market.
As for attractions, the Acropolis is simply amazing, and is definitely not to be missed. Accessing the Acropolis is relatively easy: simply wander up by yourself. There are promenades that lead up to the site, featuring charming cafes and restaurants. There is a fee to enter, but the view from the top is one you'll celebrate the rest of your life, not to mention the remarkable historical experience found at the Acropolis site.
Monastiraki square also features amazing restaurants, and anything-goes shopping, from flea-market to high end. Again, an experience no to be missed.
Athens is also a dining wonderland. Recommended dining: don't go with a plan, just walk. Food, good food, is everywhere. You'll find as you walk that often restaurateurs will stand outside, trying to guide you into their restaurants; it really makes for a charming stroll.
Onto the Islands
There are lots of options when considering the Greek islands: different destinations, different ways of getting to and from. I suggest taking a ferry, they are simply the best way to arrive at and see the islands up close.
And a suggestion: some of the islands are FAR away, as much as 11 hours away; a cost-effective and time saving idea is to book a private cabin, and travel overnight.
I suggest this for a couple of reasons: first, cabins are relatively inexpensive, and, if you go overnight, you won't be paying for the cost of a hotel room. Plus, you won't lose valuable time in transit; instead, do it while you're sleeping. Finally, and perhaps not a consideration for everybody: smoking is permitted inside ferries in Greece, and it is very heavy. Coming from North America, I found the shear volume of smoke entirely surprising. A private cabin gets you away from that discomfort, plus you'll enjoy your own private bed. It's a win on all sides.
Getting from Athens to the ferry terminal at Pireaus is very easy: simply hop on the metro from the stop closest to you to the very last stop. Don't bother with taxis, it's far to expensive and slow.
Ferry schedules are highly variable, so it's important to enquire in advance. You can purchase tickets from agents all over the city, or at the port itself, though in peak season, it is possible for sailings to sell out.
Which islands to visit? All of them, but if you have to choose, go to the Cyclades, and in particular, Mykonos and Santorini.
Mykonos is charming, exciting, beautiful. The ferry trip is approximately 5 hours from Pireaus. Mykonos features hotels of all quality levels, and a charming town centre (called Mykonos town).
Of all the Greek islands, Mykonos is by far the most popular. And for good reason: in the peak season, Mykonos is active and friendly. There are endless daytime and nighttime activities that will keep almost anyone entertained, with amazing dining and beautiful beaches in abundance.
Mykonos is small. As a result, it also is quite crowded and expensive when compared to other destinations. It's not unusual to see Paradise Beach filled end-to-end with sun worshippers.
And in spite of what you might have heard, Mykonos is the perfect destination for almost anyone: couples, families and individuals seeking a respite from the ordinary.
As for accommodation, stay in Mykonos town. You'll want to be there to enjoy the nightlife, and it's easy (and quick) to get there from the ferry port. In fact, you shouldn't have a problem finding the perfect get-away within a 5 minute walk of the ferry.
Mykonos town is a pedestrian-only wonder, with white-washed walls and beautiful blue shutters over every window. You'll find it easy to discover wonderful meals within your first few steps, and the shopping rivals that of Athens.
As you've likely heard, Paradise Beach is a must-see. It's not the largest beach on the island, but it is the most fun. With it's various restaurants, bars, and back-packers, Paradise Beach is the destination for fun in the sun and after the sun sets. Transportation is easy, with buses and taxis readily available. Unfortunately, it's too far to walk conveniently from Mykonos town (unless you have a lot of time).
From Mykonos, take another ferry to Santorini.
Santorini
Santorini is simply spectacular, and is not to be missed.
The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes by taxi from Thira, the main town on Santorini. Thira sits on the edge of the "caldera", a volcanic crater in the middle of the ocean. It's a view that is all at once breathtaking and inspiring. Find any hotel that's on the caldera, and you are guaranteed more beautiful sunsets then you could ever imagine. The shopping is varied, the coffee fantastic, and the sights unparalleled.
Santorini offers an entertaining nightlife, first-rate beaches, spectacular scenery and truly romantic sunsets, making it one of the world's top destinations. If you have a day, head to Oia (E-ahh) to enjoy lunch and watch the sunset with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean.
I'd also suggest renting a car for one or two days. It's not essential, but it does make it easier to go the long distances between beach destinations.
All in all, Greece is a true wonder. It has a distinct and charming national character that is infused with history and culture. You'll never forget your first trip to Greece, and you'll never stop thinking of your next trip there.

If you include a link to your site in your by-line, then you will naturally acquire much needed back-links.
The only draw-back to this method is that you have no control over which sites pick-up your articles. Not being able to control this factor leaves some authors worried about their articles being posted on sites which may be considered 'bad neighborhoods.' My own feeling about this is that for every 'bad neighborhood' site that posts your article, you'll get a back-link from 10 sites that aren't since the whole point of adding valuable content is compliant with the se's in the first place.

A Look At The World of Warcraft Character The Undead
The Undead were originally used by the Necrolytes and Death Knights of the First and Second Wars, however that practice stopped after the death of Gul'dan and the abolishment of Necromancy by Thrall, the warchief of the New Horde.
The new generation of undead was created by the Lich King, Ner'zhul who had been transformed into a higher being by the demon lord Kil'jaeden. Once an Orcish shaman, Ner'zhul sought warlock powers and delved deeply into demonic magic, until he was confronted by Kil'jaeden, the dark lord of the Burning Legion. Ner'zhul bargained with the demons - in exchange for incredible power he would pledge the service of the enslaved Orcish horde to the demons, and open portals for the Horde to invade Azeroth. After his defeat by the Alliance his body was ripped to pieces and his spirit tortured, until Kil'jaeden decided to use him as the leader of a new invasion of Azeroth. As a check on his minion's tremendous new powers, Ner'zhul, now the "Lich King", was embedded in a great glacier in Northrend and watched over by vampiric dreadlords.
The Lich King was able to reanimate the body of any being that had fallen. After recruiting the Prince of Lordaeron, Arthas Menethil the second during the Reign of Chaos attacked Quel'thalas, the High Elven kingdom. The Elves fought against the Scourge, but the Scourge was triumphant and assimilated Sylvanas Windrunner and most of the High Elves into the undead.
The Lich King's power fluctuated, allowing Sylvanas Windrunner and the other reanimated High Elves (due to their strong bond to magic) to gain free will. Sylvanas Windrunner led her fallen brethren to the fallen city of Lordaeron and established a home, calling themselves "the Forsaken".
These dark warriors have founded a secret bastion underneath the ruins of Lordaeron's former capital city. Located deep beneath the cursed Tirisfal Glades, the labyrinthine Undercity is a sprawling citadel of evil. Within its shadowy confines, Sylvanas' royal apothecaries scramble to develop a devastating new plague - one which will not only eradicate their hated Scourge rivals, but the rest of humanity as well.
To further their dark aims, the Forsaken have entered into an alliance of convenience with the primitive, brutish races of the Horde. Holding no real loyalty for their newfound comrades, the Forsaken have duped them into fighting against their common enemy - the Lich King. Only time will tell how these disciples of doom will fare in their mission of vengeance.

Do You Drive A Gay Car?
Is your car the gayest? Wheels24, a South African website spent 3 weeks running a poll to vest the "Alternative Car of the Year" title. After furious voting online, Wheels24 divulged the 3 new car models that wowed auto crowd the most. From there, the gayest and straightest cars were named.
At the finish line is the vivacious Peugeot 207, which was named the "gayest car." Next to it is the muscular Audi RS4, which was tagged the "straightest car." Alfa Romeo Brera was also awarded the "rear of the year" title.
The chosen cars for the three categories were all launched this year. Since said campaign was an instant success, Wheels24 decided to make it an annual event. Visitors of said website can vote for their favorite newly released cars to make them one of the most popular in the auto industry.
The Alternative Car of the Year campaign was conducted in cooperation with Road Angel Navigator, SA's premier in-car global positioning system (GPS). Said campaign has recorded more than 16 000 votes.
